How ClueMart handles event names and locations
ClueMart manages every event — whether it’s a market, fair, festival or expo — based on its name and location together. If an event with the same name appears in multiple cities, the system treats each of them as a separate event. This ensures that all information remains clear and accurate.
For transparency and reliable data, the event type, event location, and NZBN number can only be set when the event is created. Once saved, these details cannot be changed within the app.
If the event details need to be updated later — for example, if the event moves to a new location or changes from a market to a fair — please contact us. In these cases, we will update the information for you so visitors always see accurate, up-to-date, and trustworthy information.

You can use ClueMart completely free, with all organiser features included. As part of the platform support, you’ll also receive dedicated banner advertising opportunities within your own region. Your advertisement can run continuously for 24 hours, with a guaranteed minimum number of displays every hour — helping more visitors discover your event and increasing visibility for attending stallholders.
