What is ClueMart? ClueMart is a smart mobile application designed to connect and support New Zealand's vibrant market community. It brings together local markets, stallholders, organisers, and visitors in one platform. With ClueMart, you can easily discover upcoming markets near you, explore full vendor profiles, and browse unique, locally made products. The app also allows market organisers to manage stalls and communicate with vendors, and it provides stallholders with promotional tools and application features to grow their presence.

The app is free to use for visitors. The Standard package is currently available free of charge for stallholders until further notice.

New stallholders receive two months of free access to the Pro package after registration. After this introductory period, they may choose to subscribe to the Pro package or continue using the Standard package if they do not wish to subscribe.

Market and event organisers can currently use the platform free of charge with full organiser access.

The app can be downloaded from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

The app automatically shows you the closest markets both on a map and in a list. You can filter by date, location, or even by special events.

Each market page displays all participating stallholders and their products. Registered stallholders appear with full profiles. Those who are not registered will only be listed by name and product category, provided their information was submitted by the organiser.

This feature will be available in a future version – stay tuned for ClueMart updates!

First, register in the app as a visitor. Then you can create your own stallholder profile. New stallholders receive two (2) months of free access to the Pro package. After this introductory period, you can decide whether to subscribe to the Pro package or continue using the Standard package, which is currently available free of charge until further notice.

Each market page includes all the information you need – such as the market description, application deadlines, and participation fee. Applying only takes a few clicks, and payment is done online.

Yes! Registered stallholders can request a unique promo code to invite an unlimited number of other stallholders. For each invitation, they earn points which can be spent on subscriptions or advertising in the app. Points and promotional benefits are subject to applicable promotion terms and availability.

Stallholders can promote their stalls and products using built-in features such as profile visibility, featured listings, special offers, and optional social media sharing.

ClueMart gives you a powerful platform to grow your presence and sales. You can create a professional profile with photos, descriptions, and contact details, which is visible to all market visitors. You’ll be easily discovered by new customers, receive notifications about upcoming markets, and apply to events with just a few taps. ClueMart also provides visibility across all connected market pages, helping you build a following and attract repeat customers. Plus, you can collect points and promotional benefits by inviting others or participating in special campaigns.

You can attract more visitors, and gain extra online visibility. Featuring your market on ClueMart gives you access to powerful tools that help streamline stallholder management and enhance your market’s visibility. You can reach a wider audience through our map-based market discovery, promote special events, accept and review vendor applications in one place, and communicate directly with your stallholders. In addition, ClueMart provides you with a dedicated market page to showcase your location, photos, and updates – increasing your exposure to potential visitors.

Use the “Forgot Password” feature in the app, and we’ll send you a password reset instructions via email.

Make sure location services are enabled on your device. If the issue persists, restart the app and check your internet connection.

Double-check your card details or try a different card. If the issue continues, contact our support team for help.

Check your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there, contact us and we’ll resend it manually.

Yes. Just log in with the same email address and password on any device.

Go to your account settings, where you can edit your details, update your profile image, and add more information.

Yes. You can request account deletion from the app settings or by visiting the account deletion page on our website.

Absolutely. We follow strict privacy and data security practices. You can read our full Privacy Policy in the app or on the website.

You’ll receive reminders about the markets you follow, messages from organisers or stallholders, and occasional updates or tips. You can manage notifications in your settings.

Currently, the app is only available in English, but support for Māori and other languages is under development.

You’ll need an internet connection to access most features, including market listings and chat.
