ClueMart may periodically run optional promotions, reward programs, discounts, and prize draws for stallholders, market organisers, and app visitors. These activities are not permanent features of the service and participation is voluntary.
Promotions are designed as free-entry or skill-based activities and do not constitute gambling under New Zealand law.
Promotions may require an active ClueMart account, a specific user role, the payment of a participation fee, or a qualifying product donation. Each campaign sets its own eligibility criteria, published in campaign‑specific rules.
Stallholders and market organisers may offer product gift sets or food coupons as part of a promotion. All donated gifts are distributed to users through prize draws, game rewards, or similar mechanisms.
ClueMart may periodically organise sweepstakes or prize drawings for Visitors, which require participants to provide minimal registration information (such as name and email address). Each sweepstake or prize drawing operates under its own separately published rules, which specify the conditions of entry, prize descriptions, eligibility requirements, and the method used to select winners. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Starting 2026, users can collect digital “stamps” in-app by visiting registered markets or interacting with listed stallholders. Accumulated stamps may qualify users for rewards or entry into special prize drawings. Detailed program rules will be published in advance of launch.
ClueMart may periodically run school-based promotional competitions in which registered schools can participate through a unique QR code or referral link assigned to them. The link tracks valid app downloads and registrations originating from each participating school. The school generating the highest number of verified downloads and registrations during the campaign period will be declared the winner. The winning school receives an on-site “Mini Market” event by ClueMart, which may include selected food vendors and participating stallholders. All revenues generated during the Mini Market event are transferred to the winning school as part of the promotional reward. Participation is voluntary, free of charge for schools, and subject to campaign-specific rules published at launch.
Notably, all School Campaigns involving minors require explicit and recorded parental consent or guardian confirmation to maintain the age-gating mechanism and adhere to our Data Privacy Policy.
ClueMart offers a daily interactive feature called Clui Challenge, where users may participate in short, game-based activities and earn virtual rewards. Participation is voluntary and does not require any payment.
Each daily Clui Challenge may include one or more of the following ClueMart-approved game formats:
Users earn virtual points by completing these daily activities. These points have no monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and may only be used for ClueMart-approved reward items displayed within the application.
ClueMart reserves the right to update, replace, suspend, or remove any game format or feature at any time without prior notice.
Participation in the Clui Challenge constitutes acceptance of these Promotion Terms.
ClueMart reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. ClueMart may refuse participation or revoke rewards if fraud, abuse, or rule violations are suspected.
Personal data collected during promotions is processed in accordance with the ClueMart Privacy Policy. All matters not covered in these Promotion Terms are governed by the ClueMart Terms of Use. Participation in any promotion constitutes acceptance of these Promotion Terms.
