🌿 1. Turmeric body scrub

- 2 tablespoons turmeric
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon honey
- lemon juice (optional)
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together until you get a smooth, spreadable paste.
How to use
Apply to damp skin, massage in circular motions, then rinse off.
Storage
Keep in a sealed jar for up to 1–2 weeks.
🌿 2. Beeswax & olive oil cream
This cream is great because it nourishes and protects the skin while supporting its natural regeneration.
Ingredients
- 100 g extra virgin olive oil
- 20 g beeswax
Preparation
Melt together over steam, pour into a clean jar, and let it solidify.
How to use
Apply it to lips, hands, dry skin, hair ends, elbows and heels, and it’s also great for dry dog paws.
Storage
Store at room temperature in a sealed container.
🌿 3. Cocoa & lavender deodorant
This deodorant is a natural way to help neutralise odours while being gentle on the skin.
Ingredients
- 20 g cocoa butter
- 8 g coconut oil
- 7 g almond oil
- 15 g baking soda
- a few drops of lavender essential oil
Preparation
Melt the oils, mix all ingredients together, then let it set.
How to use
Apply a small amount to clean skin.
Storage
Keep in a cool place.
