We are a family-owned business specialising in traditional European smoked meats. Our range includes sausages, salamis, ham, pancetta and more. All products are naturally smoked using oak and cherry wood. We make and fill our sausages ourselves, using quality ingredients only. Our products contain NO starch, NO preservatives and NO sulphates.
